I started offering wedding bouquet preservation art because I’m a sentimental florist, and deeply understand the power of designing with all your senses and emotions in mind. Your wedding day is full of feelings, and it goes by in a flash - finding as many different ways as possible to transport yourself back into that magic ensures the memories stay stunningly special forever. My background in art means I’m perfectly positioned to give your flowers longevity and continuity, and keep them alive in new ways long after the music stops.

Wedding bouquet preservation is about transforming disposable decor into art pieces that you can hang in your home, and at Dittany Entwined it goes beyond just drying and pressing flowers. Working with mixed media including paints, materials, textures and different colours, I integrate your flowers into a blooming scene that feels like your wedding bouquet and wedding flowers but so much more.

I was once an art student, so composition, negative space and the considered placement of different elements come naturally to me. As a huge interior design fan, I know how to take this artistic approach and turn it into something you will actually want to display in your home - not just put in storage.

When you work with me as your wedding florist, artist and preservation specialist, bringing everything together after the wedding is one of the most beautiful parts. I can take the artistic installation I crafted for you, a hand-painted backdrop, for example, and preserve your wedding bouquet within the design. Adding stems and blooms, new colours and fabrics give it a new lease of life, and transform it into something you can use at home.
